Designed to teach you all the common movements & lifts used in CrossFit, applying the right technique, the CrossFit terminology & how to keep the body healthy and injury free.. The CrossFit Beginners Course consists of 3 sessions and runs over the period of 1 week.

A perfect way to start your journey at ToaFit Academy. Meet new people, starting out just like you, experience how classes run in a small fun setting, get used to ToaFit’s coaching style and how everything works.

The ToaFit Academy staple, and how we originally started ToaFit Academy – as TOA CrossFit!

CrossFit is constantly varied which means you will experience a new workout every single day. You will find it both exciting and a little nerve-racking to see what the surprise workout might be!

During each class you can expect a specific strength focus, which could vary from powerlifting, Auxiliary Strength Exercises,

Olympic lifting or Body Weight Strength and core. Following the Strength component we move into a power filled high intensity training session which will suppose you in its efficiency.

CrossFit is a training philosophy that coaches people of all shapes and sizes to improve their physical well-being and cardiovascular fitness in a high energy, accepting and encouraging environment.

If you are looking to add an extra edge to your current training, if you want more power and speed in your endurance sport, if you want improved performance in your social sport, if you want the overall package- then CrossFit is for you.
